Paul has established a successful Executive Coaching practice in Canary Wharf, London, and at the prestigious Harley Street location in the UK. You will discover Paul has successfully coached and trained multitudes of successful people including, Olympic athletes, international fighters, politicians, award-winning film directors, world-class soloist musicians and many more. Clients travel from many countries for coaching and training with Paul and he has been commissioned to travel overseas to support prestigious clients e.g. USA, Mexico, Germany etc.

Furthermore, Paul founded Canary Wharf NLP Community to extend his coaching practice and introduce people from a variety of backgrounds to the certainty of personal change and transformation.

Paul has had an extensive career in transforming outcomes for children, young people and their families as the founder of Cosens Consultancy. This has been achieved by co-producing and leading whole system approaches to optimise the delivery of Child Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) and improving life chances for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Currently, Paul is supporting healthcare clients in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as a Subject Matter Expert, in healthcare transformation.
